Nigel Rose (MS) ltd are the only company to sell the RetroFit1000 here in the UK.
This is a Locksmith product designed by locksmiths, so now you can
upgrade your Unican 1000 from a one code mechanical, to a 100 user
electronic digital lock just by changing the combination chamber.
We also sell the whole range of digital locks from Borg Locks & Simplex-Unican.
Simplex-Unican push button locks (PBL), when fitted with Intumescent Door Kits, have been successful in fire tests to BS EN 1634-1, for up to 60 minutes duration. Both the Simplex and Eplex range of push button locks were tested along with their intumescent protection. Assessments proved the push button locks, when fitted with the intumescent material, are non detrimental to the integrity and performance of the fire doors.The correct Kaba Intumescent Door Kits must be fitted to the relevant push button lock for use on a fire door, in accordance with the fire assessment.
